At EG MARKET, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure you’re taken care of. Please review our return policy below.

1. Fresh Produce Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fresh vegetables, fruits, and agricultural goods), we do not accept returns once the items have been delivered, except in the case of the following:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Items: If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the products. We will assess the situation and offer a full replacement or refund, depending on the case.

  • Incorrect Orders: If there is a mistake in your order (incorrect items delivered), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for a prompt resolution.

2. Packaging and Non-Perishable Products

For other non-perishable agricultural products (e.g., packaged grains, beans, and dry goods), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original, unopened condition for returns to be accepted.

  • Return Process: If you are eligible for a return, please email us with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs for the return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Requests

We do not accept exchanges for fresh produce due to its perishable nature. However, if there is an issue with a non-perishable product, we will gladly offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
